Most of EPS Consulting Engineers staff have advanced degrees in their field and possess professional registrations. In addition to strong academic credentials. EPS Consulting Engineers staff members havemany years of applied engineering experience.

TECHNICAL PERSONNEL
DIRECTOR – Willie Engelbrecht
Willie is a professional person with a B. Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering and a B. Eng (Hons.) in Transport. He has more than 12 years lecturing experience at the University of Pretoria and the Technikon Pretoria. He was a senior lecturer in traffic and transportation as well as head of the Civil Engineering Department.
In 1984, Willie started his own business, named Engelbrecht and Partners, providing a wide range of co-ordinated services in planning and design of traffic, transportation, water supply, storm water, waste water and structural services.
Other key events outside Willie's job functions included Chairperson of a Student Council (1975), Member of Research development committee SA (1986), Chairperson of the Rustenburg Chamber of Business (1997-1998), Chairperson of the N4 Forum (1998) and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Rustenburg Community Foundation (2001- 2009). Apart from taking his professional career seriously, he regards himself as a very well balanced person who is involve in various church and school activities. He was also chairperson of the School's Executive Committee and various other committees.
ENGINEER – Paul Janse van Rensburg
Paul started his career as a Civil Engineering student at Rural Integrated Engineering in 2007 and was responsible for the design and management of small scale water harvesting and irrigation projects in the rural areas of Mpumalanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal and Limpopo provinces.
After graduation, Paul joined Civilconsult Consulting Engineers in January 2010. He was responsible for project management, planning, design and construction supervision of several private residential developments, as well as provincial roads, municipal infra-structure projects and bulk infra-structure projects for Rand Water. During his 2 year employment at Civilconsult Consulting Engineers, Paul was also responsible for conducting engineering surveys of flood plains and determination of flood lines parallel to various rivers and water courses.
Paul joined WSP Civil and Structural Engineers for a period of 19 months where he fulfilled the positions of junior resident engineer for a 90km fiber-optic network installation in Rustenburg and resident engineer (roads and storm water) for the Azuri mixed land use development in Mauritius.
Paul then joined EPS Consulting Engineers in June 2013 where his responsibilities include planning, design and construction supervision of several residential developments, as well as provincial roads, municipal infrastructure projects and other civil engineering related works.
TECHNICIAN – Jano Erasmus
Jano started his career with Boswell and Associates in Brits as a student in 2012. He qualified with a National Diploma in Civil Engineering at UNISA at the end of 2018. In 2014, he moved to ENI Supplies where he did various civil engineering projects for Platinum mines as a site supervisor and later project manager. In 2022 he started with EPS Consulting Engineers as designer and project administrator.
BURSARIES AND TRAINING
Students from Universities and the Development Bank are frequently employed to complete their practical training at EPS Consulting Engineers. They are exposed to civil designing, inspections, project management and other project consulting services within the firm. They are trained in all the above-mentioned fields of expertise.
